I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with an impressive range of amenities that catered to my every need. The location to the restaurant was perfect, enabling me to enjoy local flavors that were delicious. The staff was welcoming and friendly, always available to assist me when I needed anything. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with pristine rooms and well-maintained common areas.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and has a friendly reception with spacious, clean rooms. the food quality is good with a decent restaurant attached.
The hotel's housekeeping needs to improve as some guests have experienced delayed cleaning and poor maintenance of the bathroom.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and the lobby was cozy. The hotel is located near some great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was offered every morning, which had a good variety of options.
The service was quite disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests and often appeared annoyed when asked for assistance. The room was not properly cleaned and had a stale odor. we were extremely disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.
